Apple or pear “Paradell”

200 gr Type 00 flour

1 glass of water

1 egg

1 apple – 1 pear

50 gr sugar

A pinch of salt and extra vergin olive oil



How to cook:
peel and slice the apple (or the pear); combine in a bowl the flour, the pinch of salt, the egg and the glass of water; then add the fruit.
In a nonstick pan, bring the extra vergin olive oil to boil, then add the batter and cook it turning both the sides in the oil.
Once cooked, sprinkle the “paradell” with sugar.
