50 gr butter
4 stale bread
40 gr parmesan cheese
How to prepare:
Cut in slices the stale bread and put them in pan full of broth. Leave them for fifteen minutes inside the broth. Boil the broth with the butter and thick bread slices, blend it with a spoon. At the end add two eggs and shaved parmesan cheese. The soup should be creamy and quite dense.
