Bresaola flowers with goat cheese and misticanza salad

Ingredients:

24 air cured beef slices

200 gr fresh and soft  goat cheese

20 gr cappers

Chives

Oil e.v.

 salt and pepper

How to cook:

Put together in the bowl  the minced cappers and chives, add goat cheese, salt and pepper and mix all. Fill each slice of air cured beef with mixture  and close like a flower. Place in a plate the bresaola flowers and add misticanza salad.
