Ingredients for 4 people:
1 egg yolk
1 hg powder coffee
300 gr whipping cream
How to prepare:
In a basin put egg yolk with powder coffee and blend them using a wood spoon. Whip the whipped cream and add the mixture of yolk and coffee, amalgamate with attention. Leave to rest for 2-3 hours in the fridge. After this time pour the coffee mousse in glasses and decorate with powder coffee or coffee bean.
