Courgettes and potatoes cubed with prawns

Ingredients for 4 persons:

300 gr of courgettes

300 gr of potatoes

1 onion

300 gr prawns

1,5 liters Vegetable bouillon

Cooking cream a.r.

Parmesan a.r.

Butter a.r.

Salt a.r.

oil a.r.

How to prepare:

Mince the onion and roast it in a pan with some oil. Add potatoes and courgettes  with vegetables bouillon and wait until are ready. When cooked mix all and add a touch of cooking cream, Parmesan and few butter. In a different pan roast the prawns with oil for few minutes. Put the cream in a dish, add the prawns and some oil. Serve very warm.
