Salmon bowl with anchovies butter on toasted bread and dill sauce 


24 slices smoked salmon

Anchovy paste or 12 anchovies filets minced thinly

150 gr butter

Salt, pepper and some drop of Worcester sauce

Ingredients for the dill sauce:  fresh or dry dill, E.v. olive oil and mustard.

Toasted bread.

How to cook:

In a bowl spread a layer of salmon, then a layer of anchovies butter, cover with film and leave in  the fridge for 4 hours.
How to prepare dill sauce: mix the mustard, oil and dill. At the end place the toasted bread and put over the salmon, finish with the dill sauce.
